AODA Training

AODA Training (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) is mandatory training for employees and employers in Ontario, Canada. This course provides an overview of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in the workplace and public spaces. It covers the key standards outlined in the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), including customer service, employment, information and communications, transportation, and design of public spaces.
